How much will I actually pay?
$249 a month covers your first 5 seats. Every seat after that is $49, dropping to $35 once you pass 15. Eight people is $396; twenty is $914.
Who counts as a seat?
Everyone with a login — office staff and field crew alike. Anyone who has left just needs deactivating on the Team page, and they stop counting on the next invoice.
Are any features held back?
No. There are no tiers and nothing is locked. A two-person shop gets the same customer portal, automations, AI estimating, compliance tracking and marketing tools as a thirty-person one — it just costs less.
What happens when my team grows?
The next seat is added to your bill and nothing about the software changes. Take someone off and the bill goes back down. Month-to-month either way, cancel whenever, and your data always exports cleanly.
What's included in onboarding?
We import your active jobs and clients from Workiz / Jobber / a CSV and set up your branding, on every plan.
What about Twilio / Stripe fees?
Your business phone line and its calls and texts are included in the price — no separate Twilio bill. Card processing on payments you collect is Stripe's standard fee, deducted before the money reaches you.
